Although painting is my first love, my very close second is sewing. I recently started making belts for everyday wear because what I wanted and liked wasn't out there. There were similar things, but not with the right style of flair or quality for my taste. After I started sewing some for myself, things spread by word of mouth and I was getting r
equests for them, left and right.
In the spring of 2008 I approached a local independent clothing store here in Madison and they are now carrying them. The store is located at 1925 Monroe Street in Madison, Wisconsin.
If you are in Verona, Wisconsin check out the wonderfully hip Women's and children's shop now carrying BELTS by E.D. located in the heart of "Hometown USA" at 400 W. Verona Avenue.
If you are up in the 49th State of the Union please look for BELTS by E.D. in Anchorage at a very yummy denim boutique with two locations: 1130 West Dimond Blvd., Suite B or at 720 D Street, Suite C.
I make the belts in “ONE SIZE FITS MOST” (unless stated otherwise) and they measure about 40 inches from head to tail (remember that it needs to flip back thru’ the loop). The belt fits standard belt loops on jeans, because that is what I like to wear them with the most, along with khakis and shorts in the warmer months.

The fabrics are chosen from a variety of colors and patterns, so you can choose the look you want to convey ---active, vintage, zen, urban, or just plain fun! I buy my fabrics from a local independent fabric store. I only make small batches of belts in each fabric, so in a way these are limited edition belts.
Currently I am only working with small independently owned stores, or individuals.
